Organizational consulting
Organization consulting takes place within the framework of a system-psychodynamic approach. The main idea of this approach is that
1) the organization has not only a conscious, but also an unconscious life, which has a significant impact on its functioning;
2) the organization is an open system that is in close contact with the external changing environment. This environment brings uncertainty and, along with it, anxiety, which triggers unconscious, non-constructive mechanisms for coping with this anxiety. The greater the uncertainty, the stronger the anxiety, the more paradoxical the expectations and demands of the organization.
Organizational diagnostics through interviews with key persons, questionnaires, participant observation, familiarization with documentation.
Organizational intervention - activities related to the impact on the organization: coaching of the first persons, team and group coaching, retreats, learning programs

Much of human mental life is unconscious and influences people's behavior. The study of the unconscious is one of the main tasks and a distinctive feature of psychodynamic coaching. The ability to explore not only the explicit cognitive (what a person thinks), operational (what a person does) spheres, but also the emotional (what a person feels) sphere, the unconscious (fantasies, dreams, associations, "accidents") allows us to know and understand ourselves better, and consciously to choose what is important.

Learning events
Based on the principle of the Kolb cycle. Kolb's reflective model is referred to as "experiential learning". The basis for this model is our own experience, which is then reviewed, analysed and evaluated systematically in three stages.
